Dr. Priscilla Rubio, DVM

Dr. Rubio was born and raised in El Paso, TX. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from UTEP where she would enjoy fostering kittens and puppies for the Humane Society of El Paso and being a Chemistry tutor.

She then went to Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine to complete her DVM. She has been part of the TLC Animal Hospital family since 2016, starting first as a volunteer, then as a veterinary technician, and now as a doctor. Her passion in veterinary medicine is driven by being the voice for the voiceless and creating lasting relationships with both the pets and the clients. Her professional interests include internal medicine and preventative medicine. In her spare time, she enjoys working out with her husband and going on walks with their Goldendoodle Ollie.
